An independent educational project
About LighterLoop
LighterLoop helps caregivers notice which family routines still depend on their reminders and planning, then consider one safe, realistic adjustment.
What the project is for
LighterLoop is an independent educational project for caregivers navigating family routines and executive-function load. The first public content focuses on ADHD-related routines such as getting ready in the morning and starting homework.
The free check asks adults about their own routines and support choices. It does not assess a child, diagnose ADHD, prescribe treatment, or judge parenting. Its purpose is to help a caregiver notice one possible next step while keeping appropriate support in place.
What LighterLoop is not
LighterLoop is not a medical provider, clinic, therapy service, or substitute for a qualified healthcare or education professional. The check has not been clinically validated or reviewed by a licensed clinician. Automated checks of its question bank verify structure, not clinical validity, comprehension, or effectiveness.
Public sources linked on the guide pages provide general context and safety boundaries; they do not endorse or validate LighterLoop. No professional affiliation or clinical review is claimed.
Privacy by design
The free Beta does not request a child's name, age, birthday, diagnosis, school, photo, location, or profile. Answers and reports stay in the current browser and are not uploaded to the server. The site stores aggregate daily counts for a landing-page view, check start, and check completion; those counts contain no answers or user identifier.
Read the Beta privacy notice for the current data-handling details, or see how the check works and what its scores do not mean.
